Meaningful Use Defined!

Final rules for Meaningful Use have been published.  I am still wading through the 800 plus-page document, but the word out of HHS is that the rules have been relaxed a little.  For example, of 10 possible criteria, you may only need to show evidence of 5 in order to meet Stage 1 Meaningful Use in 2011.  The remaining 5 criteria will be expected in 2012. 

While I’m heads down, take a look at the attached web site.  I’ll provide more detail once I feel confident I have a full grasp of the facts.
