SergeMD is a leading provider  of NextGen’s electronic health record (EHR) and electronic practice management system (EPM). In addition, we provide implementation, hosting, training, and end-user application and desktop support. We also sell computer hardware and network connectivity solutions.

 About Us

Located in Memphis, Tennessee we proudly serve the mid-south and southeast United States.  While SergeMD headquarters is located in Memphis, we have a regional office in Nashville and we also provide hardware hosting in separate facilities in both cities.
 
Our core competency is the implementation, hosting and support of the NextGen suite of solutions. We strive to add value to the NextGen suite by providing world-class local support.  In addition to support, we develop software that interacts with the NextGen environment.  For example, we have worked closely with the State of Tennesse in order to develop an EPSDT alert system and we continue to push the boundaries regarding information exchange. Our work demonstrates the ability to extend service offerings and relevance beyond a single product suite and to build community around a health care industry need.
 
In addition, SergeMD clients and prospects turn to us for help in  determining how to capture and optimize the stimulus dollars made available via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. We help our clients tap into available incentives and grants by demonstrating a broad  knowledge of legislation and presenting a clear roadmap to “meaningful use” compliance.
